Limits: H/B Prep (limited to current C2/C+s, will open to C1s if clinic does not fill)
First come/first served
Cost: $100 for the Prep, includes food for the candidate
($50 of fees will be non-refundable if you cancel and your space is not filled)
(Food includes: Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Sunday breakfast and lunch)
$20 food for the weekend for parent/guest/auditors
Deadline: All fees are due by August 1
