This is the overall schedule for the weekend,
Friday
3:00 Do NOT arrive before 3:00
7:00 Please try your very best to arrive before 7:00, we would like to get to dinner and home early, so we can be rested and ready for a big day on Saturday. We will leave a barn chart on Barn B . We will also leave some detailed schedules in a box under the stabling chart. If you arrive after we leave, find your name on the chart then find your stall. Stalls are numbered and we’ll leave some lights on. We do expect everyone to post a stall card Friday and settle your mount in comfort and safety, no matter what time you arrive….
We will hand out final, detailed schedules Friday afternoon and again Saturday morning. The first mounted lesson on Saturday will be at 8:30. The classroom and hands on sessions for the HM knowledge will also start at 8:00. Please plan to be at the barn to feed your horse at 6:30. All horses need to be fed at the same time. Why? So your horse isn’t standing in the corner pouting with his stomach growling or trying to tear down the walls to get his neighbor’s breakfast!

Consignment Sale
Please pre-tag your items to speed the check-in process. Contact me windridge@ioa. com for a vendor #. Each item should be labeled with Vendor and Item Number and the price and size (blankets, saddles, halters, galloping boots, etc). For instance, 1-1 $10, 1-2 $5 pony size, 1-3 $3 and list those items on a sheet of paper with your asking price, your taking price (if it is different) and I will use your paper to track the items. Please be sure your name and your cell phone number is on your inventory list. I plan to be at the Ag Center to accept items from 3 until 5 on Friday and back again around 8 on Sat morning.
